Cooking Class: Make the Best Beer Cheese and Pretzels

Score a touchdown with your friends and family with the soft pretzels you'll prepare in this fun cooking class. Chef Jennifer will teach you all you need to know to make restaurant-worthy beer cheese and pretzels, perfect for your tailgates and Monday night football parties!

Chef Jennifer will help you make pretzel dough before showing you how to cook these doughy treats perfectly. You'll also learn how to combine beer and various cheeses for the perfectly smooth, creamy consistency for dipping. Pair it all with a cold beer and you've got a true touchdown!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

I enjoyed Chef Jenn's teaching style and the class, but I would have liked more variety in the ingredients offered. We were taught to make 3 or 4 different styles of sushi and everything was made out of the same two ingredients - avocado and smoked salmon. I don't like smoked salmon and that was the only fish offered, so I didn't eat anything I made. To me, sushi is primarily raw fish, and I was excited about enjoying the food.
