She was great!!!! The only criticism (which in no way is her fault or a reflection on her or her skills) was that the class size was a bit large and would’ve been better with a smaller group. But she handled the busy back-and-forth like a consummate professional!

Such a fun and delicious class! It was quite busy though so would love to see smaller groups to make it easier on the instructor and enhance the experience.

She did a great job however there were a lot of people. It would have been nice to have the size half the size that she had however like I mentioned she did a great job. Also if there are a lot of people she could use an assistant and also some more pasta machines and a bigger area.
