We had such a great time taking this cooking class! My husband and I joined with another couple, and it was such a fun, hands-on experience. The chef was fantastic—she made the class engaging and fun, but also gave clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy to follow. Making chicken Alfredo from scratch (including the pasta!) felt so rewarding, and everything turned out delicious. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable afternoon out!

My expectations were more than met... they were exceeded and I can't wait to book another class with Chef Maricarmen! She was easy to understand and the pace of the class was perfect. Although we were in close quarters, our group had plenty of space to create amazing food. Most of us had never attended a cooking class either. Our stations were already prepped when we arrived and to my delight, we also cooked chicken to accompany our homemade alfredo and pasta. I had so much fun learning and interacting with Chef and the other participants. Chef Maricarmen even made garlic bread! What a treat this was and the price was affordable. Worth every penny and I am already looking for my next class. Definitely registering for another one with Cher Mari Carmen. Her love and knowledge of food are incredible

Cher Maricarmen was awesome. I definitively plan on doing another cooking class with her. She was patient, a great teacher and easy to follow. Loved that she bought her own special touch like the rub we were invited to use on our chicken and the delicious garlic bread she made to go with our dishes. It was such a great way to spend my day! All of us in the class enjoyed each other’s company! The group was a lot of fun!

She was great!!!! The only criticism (which in no way is her fault or a reflection on her or her skills) was that the class size was a bit large and would’ve been better with a smaller group. But she handled the busy back-and-forth like a consummate professional!

My husband and I attended the Alfredo All the Way class. Chef was amazing and so organized. She kept the class moving. There were so many elements to making the pasta dough , grilling the chicken, making the sauce yet she did a great job having ingredients and cookware ready for us. The food tasted fantastic as well!

My wife and I decided on the class for a date night. We had always been intrigued yet intimidated by the thought of making pasta from scratch, Chef Maricarmen is both fun and approachable. She supplied everything needed. The other guests were a delight to be around. The dish we made would have been more than acceptable if it had been ordered at my fav Italian restaurant, yet we made it! We had enough left over to take home, all for about the price of dinner out. The experience was so good we actually bought our own pasta maker online and have repeated the event at home several times already. I wholly recommend her class if you are thinking about it, either by yourself or with someone. I would be interested in attending another event in the future, especially if it involves cooking EGGPLANT...again, intimidated by it... THX Chef Maricarmen, Bill and Leigh Ann

I recently took a cooking class and had an absolutely amazing time! The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience both fun and approachable. Wonderful class. I feel very confident that I can make my own noodles from scratch because of this class, and Chef Maricarmen was an excellent instructor. She made sure you understood all her instructions, and patiently answered any of mine. And the pasta dish she instructed us (Shrimp with vegetables and tomato sauce was absolutely delicious). Much better than what I could have imagined.

We drove an hour to the location for this class and we'd do it again! SO MUCH FUN! Chef Maricarmen KNOWS how to make pasta and KNOWS how to teach it and have fun! Everyone had a wonderful time and the meal was delicious! I'd never made pasta before and Chef's instructions and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow! If you like pasta and like to have fun, THIS is the class!

The Chef was very kind. The experience was very odd. I thought the place would just be the cooking class, but the brewery had patrons in there while we cooked in the corner. It was not partitioned off to make it feel like it's own section. It felt incredibly rushed like we had to cook it right away and there was no individual attention given by the Chef. Also, no aprons were given, which felt odd. Overall learning how to make pasta was fun, but I would not recommend this experience.

Like the idea of the concept, but the execution was horrible. It was at a bar, noisy not enough equipment for everyone to use , took forever to eat and get our meal Class size was too big. Just not a good overall experience. Food sitting out and unsafe, sanitary conditions. Would definitely not sign up for another class.

Fantastic time totally cool vibe. I love the location - yes some people may not enjoy it as much but I LOVE DIVE BARS! And whoever owns this props. Not only was an amazing cooking class happening but shortly after Texas Holdem Poker was after. Great job Chef we loved the class!

I went to the class with my wife and we both enjoyed Chef Maricarmen's friendly instruction and help in making our own angel hair pasta and shrimp primavera sauce. The making of the pasta was my favorite from mixing the flower and egg into dough and then rolling out the dough and cutting it into angel hair spaghetti. I recommend the class. We gave her a tip at the end of the class.
