Outstanding! Chef Mari's cooking class was a masterclass in success - she imparted all the essential skills, guided us seamlessly through each step, and prevented any kitchen disasters. The brewery venue was a stroke of genius, hosting us in an intimate yet vibrant setting that felt like a celebration, and the cuisine was remarkable. We're already looking forward to her next class - Chef Mari has a loyal customer in me.

Chef and class were fantastic, however the location was awful. They had nothing but beer and would not even give us a glass of water or ice. It was really odd.

My wife and I decided on the class for a date night. We had always been intrigued yet intimidated by the thought of making pasta from scratch, Chef Maricarmen is both fun and approachable. She supplied everything needed. The other guests were a delight to be around. The dish we made would have been more than acceptable if it had been ordered at my fav Italian restaurant, yet we made it! We had enough left over to take home, all for about the price of dinner out. The experience was so good we actually bought our own pasta maker online and have repeated the event at home several times already.
I wholly recommend her class if you are thinking about it, either by yourself or with someone. I would be interested in attending another event in the future, especially if it involves cooking EGGPLANT...again, intimidated by it...

I recently took a cooking class and had an absolutely amazing time! The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience both fun and approachable. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced in the kitchen, there's something to learn here.
We made shrimp pasta and not only did I leave with new skills and techniques, but I also walked away with a full stomach and a big smile. Everything was hands-on, well-organized, and easy to follow. The ingredients were fresh, the kitchen space was clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and creativity.
Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to sharpen their culinary skills, have birthday celebrations or just spend an enjoyable day cooking something delicious. I can't wait to come back for another one!

What an incredible experience! The group cooking class with Chef Maricarmen was fun, interactive, and truly memorable. From the moment we walked in, the chef made everyone feel welcome and at ease, no matter our skill level.
The class was perfectly balanced between hands-on cooking and learning professional tips that you can actually use at home. The chef was engaging, patient, and so knowledgeable—you could tell she genuinely love sharing her craft. We laughed, we learned, and we enjoyed some of the most delicious food I’ve ever helped prepare!

Wonderful class. I feel very confident that I can make my own noodles from scratch because of this class, and Chef Maricarmen was an excellent instructor. She made sure you understood all her instructions, and patiently answered any of mine. And the pasta dish she instructed us (Shrimp with vegetables and tomato sauce was absolutely delicious). Much better than what I could have imagined.

We had such a great time taking this cooking class! My husband and I joined with another couple, and it was such a fun, hands-on experience. The chef was fantastic—she made the class engaging and fun, but also gave clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy to follow. Making chicken Alfredo from scratch (including the pasta!) felt so rewarding, and everything turned out delicious. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable afternoon out!

We drove an hour to the location for this class and we'd do it again! SO MUCH FUN! Chef Maricarmen KNOWS how to make pasta and KNOWS how to teach it and have fun! Everyone had a wonderful time and the meal was delicious! I'd never made pasta before and Chef's instructions and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow! If you like pasta and like to have fun, THIS is the class!

The Chef was very kind. The experience was very odd. I thought the place would just be the cooking class, but the brewery had patrons in there while we cooked in the corner. It was not partitioned off to make it feel like it's own section. It felt incredibly rushed like we had to cook it right away and there was no individual attention given by the Chef. Also, no aprons were given, which felt odd. Overall learning how to make pasta was fun, but I would not recommend this experience.

Like the idea of the concept, but the execution was horrible. It was at a bar, noisy not enough equipment for everyone to use , took forever to eat and get our meal
Class size was too big. Just not a good overall experience. Food sitting out and unsafe, sanitary conditions. Would definitely not sign up for another class.

My expectations were more than met... they were exceeded and I can't wait to book another class with Chef Maricarmen! She was easy to understand and the pace of the class was perfect. Although we were in close quarters, our group had plenty of space to create amazing food. Most of us had never attended a cooking class either. Our stations were already prepped when we arrived and to my delight, we also cooked chicken to accompany our homemade alfredo and pasta. I had so much fun learning and interacting with Chef and the other participants. Chef Maricarmen even made garlic bread! What a treat this was and the price was affordable. Worth every penny and I am already looking for my next class. Definitely registering for another one with Cher Mari Carmen. Her love and knowledge of food are incredible

The class itself was really a lot of fun! The chef was amazing. Even though she had to re-organize things because of classpop being truly unorganized.
I give 5 stars to the chef but only 1 star to classpop. I will never buy from classpop again.

Cher Maricarmen was awesome. I definitively plan on doing another cooking class with her. She was patient, a great teacher and easy to follow. Loved that she bought her own special touch like the rub we were invited to use on our chicken and the delicious garlic bread she made to go with our dishes. It was such a great way to spend my day! All of us in the class enjoyed each other’s company! The group was a lot of fun!

She was great!!!! The only criticism (which in no way is her fault or a reflection on her or her skills) was that the class size was a bit large and would’ve been better with a smaller group. But she handled the busy back-and-forth like a consummate professional!

My husband and I attended the Alfredo All the Way class. Chef was amazing and so organized. She kept the class moving. There were so many elements to making the pasta dough , grilling the chicken, making the sauce yet she did a great job having ingredients and cookware ready for us. The food tasted fantastic as well!

I went to the class with my wife and we both enjoyed Chef Maricarmen's friendly instruction and help in making our own angel hair pasta and shrimp primavera sauce. The making of the pasta was my favorite from mixing the flower and egg into dough and then rolling out the dough and cutting it into angel hair spaghetti. I recommend the class. We gave her a tip at the end of the class.

Chef was great. My wife and I had been talking about taking a class ever since Covid hit the state. My granddaughter gave me the experience for my birthday. So, the three of us did the shrimp primavera class. Again, the chef was great, the food was great, the experience with our granddaughter was great fun, and we met a lot of people that were fun to be with. Absolutely, a five star experience.

I’ve always wanted to learn to make pasta and this was definitely a fun experience to help me learn! Mari was super sweet and helpful, ready to lend a hand if and when we needed it. Chef was lovely!!! It was a bit oversold, not enough pasta makers. Our pasta didn’t turn out, it was fun but really head count should have been limited to 10 or so for best experience. Or two instructors. Or more pasta rolling machines.

Honestly, this was a fantastic time. My wife and I enjoyed everything. The chef was awesome and so was her husband who helped everyone along. The wine paired perfectly with the Alfredo (chicken and shrimp).

Maricarmen dishes were excellent, her use of different textures and flavors sets her food apart. Visually her food is appetizing, as she always takes her time in her presentation. Maricarmen has an eclectic style of cooking, being able to cook a variety of ethnic cuisines"

I highly recommend taking Maricarmen's cooking class, she was very informative, friendly, and she keeps her classes interactive.
