Cooking Class: Make Plant-Based Comfort Foods

Explore warm and comforting plant-based flavors in this thoughtful cooking class from Chef Patricia. You'll learn to make vegan versions of your favorite dishes and snacks.

Begin the class with a sweet kale salad with apples, walnut and honey and topped with vegan feta. Next, create two savory dishes that will make your mouth water: vegan meatballs flavored with garlic and onions and creamy, garlicky mashed potatoes. Then you'll make your new favorite afternoon snack: zucchini chips sprinkled with herbs, pepper, and vegan parmesan. For a treat, you can indulge with a sweet and cinnamony blueberry muffin crumb cake.
