Cooking Class: Make Fresh Tagliatelle Two Ways

Pasta from scratch is the only way to go, as you'll learn in this eye-opening cooking class with Chef Susie. Learn how simple it is to transform wholesome ingredients into prime pasta creations even Nonna would love! 


Your lesson begins with tagliatelle pasta made using fresh eggs, flour olive oil and salt - that's it! Then, you'll create a duo of delicious sauces to top it with including zesty pesto with basil and pine nuts in an olive oil base and classic marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, and onion, with Italian herbs to complete the fresh flavor profile.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Susie created an incredible experience for us that was insightful, fun, and -- above all -- delicious. We learned so much through her instruction and thoughtful answers to our questions, I can't wait to apply everything in my own kitchen. On top of all of that, she was incredibly kind and accommodating to our special requests surrounding my mom's birthday and even added a few special surprises of her own that left my entire family raving.
