You're sure to have the party favorite when you arrive with the dips you'll learn to make in this engaging cooking class with Chef Iliana. Perfect your guacamole recipe and discover an expert's culinary tips and techniques.
First, you'll learn how to make creamy guacamole with fresh avocado perfectly flavored with lime juice and zesty serrano chiles that turn up the heat. Next, you'll make a black bean and charred sweet corn salsa that has a rich and warm flavoring thanks to the addition of cumin. At the end of the class, use crispy tortilla chips and crunchy vegetables to get a taste of your delicious creations.

Chef Iliana was very friendly and is clearly a great chef, but I hate to say I was disappointed by this class. For how much it cost, I was surprised by the low quality. We didn’t make the tomato sauce (which was advertised in the class description— she brought it pre-made) and the tools we used for cooking were just the contents of a plastic to-go cutlery set (and the included salt and pepper pack was the only seasoning option). There wasn’t much instruction given, either, so the gnocchi my friend and I made turned out quite large and dense. It felt more like a fun social activity rather than a class to gain cooking skills. The pictures on the website are also misleading… I hate to leave a bad review but I also don’t like to feel ripped off… so here we are.
