It was a great experience! James was super nice and super helpful! Sadly we did not get to make ravioli due to Classpop overbooking them, but I enjoyed the pasta we made either way.

We were a group of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful time! Chef James was wonderful!! The ravioli were delish ! We left Chef James a cash tip :) Will be back

Raised in Sardinia herself, Chef Claudia harbors a wealth of native knowledge that has helped her culinary skills flourish across the globe.
