With decades of sushi-making expertise, Chef Harold knows the best techniques for creating crowd-pleasing rolls, and that includes gluten-free dishes as well!


He'll demonstrate authentic sushi knifing and rice preparation in a menu so delicious, you won't notice what's missing! Create a miso soup flavored with scallions and seaweed before preparing the chef's choice of a green or red dragon sushi roll. Prepare savory nigiri using market-fresh fish and whip up playful mochi using sticky rice and red bean paste for an exciting Japanese-style dessert you're sure to love.

This was such a fun class! I got this experience as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We both had a great time. Chef Harold is super personable, and makes the class fun and engaging. Not to mention, all the ingredients he brings are so fresh that when it comes time to make it, it all turns out delicious! He made us a speciality roll and a dessert which were delicious as well. He was super accommodating for any allergies in the party as well. 10/10 recommend!
