In this class, you'll get to make deviled eggs even better as you add smoked trout roe and creamy dijon. Take classic shrimp cocktail to the next level with New Orleans-style spiced beer marinade and a creamy, tangy dipping sauce. The star of this show will be a mouthwatering spin on chicken and waffles, as you learn to perfectly cook crispy and juicy hot fried chicken to serve alongside a sweet bourbon French toast. Tie the meal up with creamy buttermilk pie featuring a warm macerated blackberries.
