Cooking Class: Refined French Recipes

She'll share her expertise and her knowledge of the region as she teaches you to create a savory spread of your own. You'll prepare a luxurious menu that includes vegetable sorbet flavored with mint and basil, a creamy gratin soup featuring shallots and roquefort cheese and a classic coq au vin in a red wine and butter braise. For dessert, create an authentic apple tarte tatin flavored with rum and topped with luscious vanilla ice cream.
