Cooking Class: Authentic Sindhi Cooking

In this hands-on cooking class, join Chef Raina in preparing a special selection of comfort dishes from the Sindh region of Pakistan. You will practice foundational kitchen skills from knife cuts to balancing flavors with vegetables and spices throughout an authentic Sindhi meal. Begin with crispy masala papad, a roasted lentil flatbread, with fresh tomatoes and aromatic spices, followed by seasoned smashed potato patties known as aloo tuk. For the main course, craft a fragrant vegetable curry with basmati rice, and finish the meal with boondi, a traditional fried Sindhi treat.
