Join Chef Casey for an exploration of classic dishes from Bavaria in this hands-on cooking class. Using traditional techniques and ingredients, you will prepare authentic dishes from this renowned region of Germany. Begin with a classic jagerschnitzel, a breaded and fried pork cutlet topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. Next, learn to prepare tangy Bavarian red cabbage and hearty handmade spaetzle to pair with your crispy jagerschnitzel. For dessert, the chef will teach you how to make a boozy German ice cream with lime and beer.

Chef Casey is fantastic! He is a true professional and an excellent teacher. He was informative, patient, and very well organized. We learned helpful techniques and look forward to recreating the menu at home. If you have a chance to take a class from this top notch chef I highly recommend you do so!
