In this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Tess, you’ll cook a flavor-packed menu straight out of a French country kitchen. This class will teach you a variety of techniques: you’ll learn how to make a rolled turkey pesto torchon; you’ll learn how to make a kale salad and a turkey torchon; you’ll learn how to substitute healthier ingredients in classic French recipes. For dessert, you’ll prepare a heavenly blueberry and lemon tart. Chef Tess will also share her secret potato gratin recipe!
