Then Chef Jenn will teach you to make vegetable sausage with mushrooms, peppers and herbs. As you cook, you can sip on fresh blended fruit Bellinis spiked with a touch of your B-Y-O sparkling wine.

Chef Jen was a fantastic teacher! She made the cooking fun and easy! I never knew mozzarella could be so easy to make! Will definitely try to take her classes again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Fun class. Mozzarella is so easy to make I. Jenn helps you feel confident making it at home. I would have liked for her to show us basics on how to present a charcuterie board.
