Egg-free pasta is a vegan alternative to traditional pasta dough, and in this interactive hands-on cooking class Chef Jenn will teach you to master the recipe for eggless pasta. First you'll learn to make and shape pappardelle pasta from scratch. Then you'll create a zesty lemon and herb pasta with simple but impactful ingredients. You'll also make spinach pasta and top it with freshly made marinara sauce. For dessert, you'll prepare a classic zabaglione made from scratch using lady fingers, Marsala wine and fresh berries.
