Cooking Class: Classic Steakhouse Techniques

Join Chef Kevin for a hands-on cooking class focused on steakhouse favorites.


During this class, you’ll learn how to cook a perfectly seared steak in a cast-iron pan and build a full steakhouse-style meal from scratch. You'll start by preparing garlic bread crostini with toasted baguette, garlic butter, Parmesan and fresh herbs. Then move on to a cast-iron seared steak finished with garlic herb butter. On the side, you’ll roast Yukon Gold potatoes with olive oil, garlic and rosemary. To finish, make a classic chocolate mousse. Book now!

We arrived at the venue at the scheduled time and were waiting for the instructor with several other attendees for thirty minutes and the chef did not show up. At that point we left.
