Learn how to knead the dough, roll out the noodles and cook your pasta to absolute perfection. Discover exciting new pastas to try, including tagliatelle. Chef Paco was so great! He created a warm and inviting environment, gave excellent instructions, left time for ample questions, and was incredibly engaging and fun to be around. 5 stars all around - would definitely recommend his classes!
