Across four courses you'll learn how to prepare a variety of authentic Mediterranean dishes with Chef Laura.


In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Laura will guide you through preparing traditional Mediterranean cuisine bursting with fresh ingredients and organic spices. First, you'll begin with a warm and creamy baked feta topped with olives and tomatoes. Next, you'll sear a classic white fish with Mediterranean verde paired with refreshing and sweet orange and date salad. End your evening with tart citrus olive oil cakes.

Orange and Date Salad 

With rosemary vinaigrette, onions and baby romaine

Chef Laura is very talented and her home and kitchen are perfect for teaching classes. We made a sugar cookie dough, royal icing and a chocolate ganache. Dulce de Le he was provide for decorating. Laura gave us good tips in how to roll out the dough and she taught us different techniques in decorating cookies. Everything was delicious!
