Chef Camila made our sushi-making experience unforgettable! The quality of the fish was incredibly fresh, restaurant level, and you could tell she truly cares about ingredients and technique. Her explanations were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, making the process fun and approachable for my husband and I, regardless of experience level. On top of that, she’s extremely personable and genuinely funny, which kept the energy light and engaging the entire time. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and ate amazing sushi. I went a couple weeks ago with my sister's and we had a great time. The recipes weren't overcomplicated and can definitely beef replicated at home. Marc was a great instructor and did an amazing job at teaching techniques in addition toto the recipe and pivoted smoothly if things weren't exactly on track. I really enjoyed that you make a meal with other people then get the opportunity to sit down and eat the meal you prepared with them. It was a great bonding experience for me and my sister's who all have busy schedules. Although it was almost 2 hours from my home we will defintely be going back
