To begin, you'll learn the recipe to make sourdough with flour, water and salt, as well as the secret to balancing the flavors and textures. Master the technique of kneading the dough and letting it rise before baking it until golden. Next, make an authentic French baguette perfect for individual servings. Then, make a pizza crust that will elevate your pizza night, top it with homemade sauces and your choice of toppings, and bake until golden and bubbly perfection. Enjoy your freshly crafted pieces of bread and culinary skills you can bring into your own kitchen.

Wonderful experience! Both Max and Marc were welcoming, patient, thorough, and so fun! Definitely recommend this class for anyone interested in learning about the bread-making process, even if you go solo, like me! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I went a couple weeks ago with my sister's and we had a great time. The recipes weren't overcomplicated and can definitely beef replicated at home. Marc was a great instructor and did an amazing job at teaching techniques in addition toto the recipe and pivoted smoothly if things weren't exactly on track. I really enjoyed that you make a meal with other people then get the opportunity to sit down and eat the meal you prepared with them. It was a great bonding experience for me and my sister's who all have busy schedules. Although it was almost 2 hours from my home we will defintely be going back

Chef Marc V. is a fantastic teacher, who knows every detail of everything. It was our first time cooking Vietnamese and it turned into quite the feast. Since the class size is very small, we could really work on every step. Thank you for the experience!
