Celebrate National Picnic Month as you discover the art of preparing healthy and delectable picnic foods in this inspirational cooking class. Begin by learning to make fresh fruit rolls with seasonal fruits and herbs, rice paper wrappers and honey yogurt dipping sauce. Continue on your course with Caprese salad skewers involving mozzarella balls, sweet cherry tomatoes, Italian basil leaves and balsamic glaze. Complete your journey through the summertime feast with sandwich skewers involving gourmet sliced meats, tomatoes, leafy greens, cheese and brioche bread.
