There's no reason you can create your own incredible French dishes at home, thanks to this informative hands-on cooking class led by Chef Mo. You'll explore techniques used in professional kitchens throughout France as you craft a meal filled with regional favorites. Prepare a sumptuous cream of cauliflower soup featuring gooey gruyère, transform a simple chicken braised in wine into classic coq au vin and make perfectly tender au gratin potatoes. End your lesson on a sweet note by whipping up a decadent chocolate soufflé for dessert.

Chef Mo was very warm and welcoming. He taught us how to make three dishes and I appreciated that they weren’t overly difficult and something that we can try ourselves at home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary!
