Very informative and helpful. I like to do every step myself and the chef's style was more demonstration and left only the left steps for the students

We loved our falafel class with Sima. She was friendly, fun, and professional. And the food was delicious!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing cooking class with Chef Sima and are already talking about planning another. Chef Sima came to our home and brought everything we needed to prepare an incredible falafel meal with lots of leftovers. She was so kind and walked us through every step of the way. She even left us with a few handwritten recipes to recreate the meals again. Highly recommend! Thank you Chef Sima!

Chef Sima is a fantastic teacher! She is so passionate and knowledgeable about all things chocolate and her class is so much fun! I highly recommend her classes to anyone in the Boulder area.
