You'll begin by learning how to clean shrimp and mussels and cook them along with chicken. Make fluffy rice seasoned with aromatic herbs and add the meat for tons of extra flavor. Plus, make crunchy toast piled high with tomatillos, prosciutto and manchego cheese for a vibrant side dish for this Spanish feast.

The chef was nice and friendly. There were some issues with the pizza oven that resulted in the pizza not turning out as expected.
Chef Rochelle discovered the enchantment of food prep at the Arts Institute of Washington. Her love of sharing food with others led her to roles in a wine restaurant and a catering company before she opened her own private chef business, where she managed meals for an eager clientele. Now, Chef Rochelle relishes the opportunity to share her knowledge helping home cooks get into a gourmet groove.
