Only about 15-20 minutes of actual class learning time as rest of 2 hours was spent waiting for everyone to press and cook their pasta. So, most of class was just social with other participants. Could have been much better class if more equipment and opportunity to cook more items. Oh, and only had white pasta like other previous classes.

Chef Rochelle was great and the location was perfect however we were supposed to make colorful pasta and she informed us she wasn’t able to find decent spinach, I would have thought there would have been a back up plan. There were 20 individuals and only one pasta maker so the time to make the pasta ran long. But overall a fun experience.

Was enjoyable and good group A little chaotic with 19 guests and a lack of equipment. Rochelle did a very good job of monitoring the class, helping people and keeping the work flow going overall I would do another class at some point

Disappointed with this cooking class. Unfortunately, there were several issues: 1. The class had more attendees than available seats/mats, so some participants had to share equipment. 2. My biggest concern was that the class did not match the description. The listing advertised “colorful” pasta made with herbs or vegetable juice, but the class involved making regular flour-and-egg pasta with a basic sauce that had already been prepared by the chef. 3. Instructions were minimal throughout the class. 4. The venue was not well-suited for a cooking lesson. It was held in a room rather than a kitchen, with loud music that made it difficult to hear instructions, issues that were apparently outside of the chef’s control. 5. There were only two pasta rollers and a single portable stove for 20+ people, which created long wait times as everyone took turns. Because of the delays and the other issues noted above, we ended up leaving early. Overall, I would not recommend this class and do not plan on booking any experiences with Classpop again.

Very cool experience and the sauce was so yummy. The noodles turned out a little chewy but we had a good time.
