Dance Class: Flexibility and Flow

Improve your flexibility and mobility with this guided dance class focused on strength maintenance and alignment in deep stretches while utilizing proper and safe techniques. The instructors will assist you while using provided tools such as yoga blocks and straps further develop body awareness and proper alignment while safely and gradually increasing your body’s range of motion. Comfortable fitness attire that allows for a range of movement is recommended and shoes are not required for this class.
