Cooking Class: Flavorful Middle Eastern Menu

Let Chef Sarah show you the magic of traditional Middle Eastern cooking in a meal meant to impress your friends and family. You'll discover a time-honored cuisine in which fresh flavor and wholesome ingredients are key to delicious success. 


You'll transform roasted eggplant and vibrant aromatics into authentic baba ghanoush and bake your own homemade pita to serve it with. Then, craft your own tender and flavorful chicken shawarma and prepare a Lebanese rice dish peppered with toasted almonds for a savory side. 


You'll also assemble a refreshing chickpea and cucumber salad and bake a sweet, flaky baklava for dessert.

Baba Ghanoush and Homemade Pita Bread

A certified sous chef with two culinary degrees, Chef Sarah has worked as a cooking instructor and personal chef, all the while dedicating herself to teaching others how to cook flavorful and healthy meals.
