Cooking Class: The Art of Seasonal Italian Cooking

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michael, you'll discover the ways in which fresh produce can elevate an Italian feast. First, you’ll assemble a grilled asparagus and shaved parmesan salad with oranges and hazelnuts for an added flare. Next, you’ll prepare fennel-crusted chicken with roasted baby carrots and garlic spinach topped with a classic Italian grape reduction. Finally, you’ll conclude the experience by crafting a pistachio pear tart.

Chef Michael was super friendly and informative. He taught us a bunch of great techniques and made things really easy to understand. The food came out amazing and I would highly recommend doing this class! Will definitely be attending again!

Chef Michael is amazing! We were a five person group who have known each other for decades. We typically have a holiday brunch that one of hosts but this year we decided to change it up. We had a blast with Chef Michael and the other participants. Chef Michael's passion for cooking good food comes out in his teaching and the projects he's a part of. In addition to being a great chef, he has some dancing skills too! We left the night with full bellies and new memories. Thanks, Chef!
