Chef Paco was awesome. He is a good teacher. He is friendly and humorous. We really enjoyed the setting in his home. It was lovely. We really liked how nicely the table was set and how well the kitchen was set up for our class. We were served a salad and a dessert in addition to the food we learned to cook.
