My wife and I had a delicious 4-course meal prepared and presented by Chef Avery. Every course was excellent, but my wife loved the scallops paired with pickled apple and fennel/parsley emulsion. My favorite was the chicken bao with chili oil, first course.
I also appreciated that Chef Avery took time to work with us to ensure the menu could fit both our dietary restrictions and budget!

I requested Chef Avery's services for my boyfriend's surprise birthday in Kansas City. I told him what my boyfriend liked, and he delivered. The experience overall was AMAZING!!! He set our table so nicely and made sure we were comfortable the entire experience. No wait in between meals and the food was GOOD. Best part, they cleaned so well after themselves, everything looked exactly as it did when he arrived. We have already requested to book him again. 10/10
