In this cooking class, you'll work with ingredients like ground pork, chicken, aromatic ginger, garlic, as well as vegetables and traditional wrappers to prepare three iconic recipes: steamed shumai, pan-fried gyoza and golden egg rolls. Along the way, you'll pick up helpful skills like different folding methods, steaming, pan-frying and preparing seasoned fillings. Gyoza Dumpling

With ground pork or chicken, cabbage, scallions, sesame oil and gyoza wrappers


Egg Roll

Puff Pastry

With vanilla pastry cream, seasonal fruit and honey glaze
