He spent a decade traveling across North America and South America. Over the last year, he has been teaching live cooking classes. Chef Steve specializes in gourmet breakfast and dinner foods, and is passionate about helping others build their confidence in the kitchen.

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.
