Team Building Activity: Authentic Vietnamese Fare
Work with your team to learn how to prepare a traditional Vietnamese menu in this interactive team building activity with Chef Luis. You'll learn time-honored cooking techniques and fresh ingredients to prepare a four-course meal together. First, you'll learn to make spring rolls filled with shrimp and topped with peanut sauce. Then you'll prepare lemongrass pork skewers and tri tip pho brightly flavored with lemon and basil. For dessert, you and your team will whip together a tropical tapioca pudding with coconut milk, mango and lime.

We had such an amazing time with Chef Luis! My husband is not a chef nor can he cook whatsoever but i enjoy cooking so this was a fun class to put both our skills to the test lol the food was amazing and it’s something that hubby says he can recreate so this was definitely worth it. Chef Luis is professional, funny, and kind. We can’t wait to book him again for our next date night ❤️

AWESOME experience! Must do again... Why go to a restaurant when you can EXPERIENCE first class food in a first class kitchen in the most incredible home not far from LV airport. We learned valuable cooking tips from Chef Luis, BYOB, extremely organized! CLEAN kitchen! Chef is calm, patient, encouraging and positive teacher. What a blessing! Why go to a restaurant that is too loud that you can't hear each other? Why not make memories that will last a lifetime? My husband really got into it and won't stop talking about it. Best thing we've ever done on any trip. Beautiful, safe neighborhood... Very thankful! God bless Chef! Mahalo & Aloha!
