Team Building Activity: Japanese Seafood Dishes
Work together with your team to learn to prepare an array of Japanese seafood dishes in this interactive team building activity with Chef Luis. You'll use traditional cooking techniques and fresh ingredients to prepare dishes like baked mussels and an ahi tuna stack. First, you'll bake the mussels to perfection with dynamite sauce. Then you'll build the ahi tuna stack with mango, avocado, crab and ahi tuna. You'll also learn to hand-roll sushi like a professional. To end the night on a sweet note, you'll prepare green tea ice cream.

AWESOME experience! Must do again... Why go to a restaurant when you can EXPERIENCE first class food in a first class kitchen in the most incredible home not far from LV airport. We learned valuable cooking tips from Chef Luis, BYOB, extremely organized! CLEAN kitchen! Chef is calm, patient, encouraging and positive teacher. What a blessing! Why go to a restaurant that is too loud that you can't hear each other? Why not make memories that will last a lifetime? My husband really got into it and won't stop talking about it.
