You and your team will work together to prepare a four-course menu of flavorful dishes like ceviche and fish tacos. You'll begin by chopping up the ceviche for an appetizer, followed by preparing warm empanadas stuffed with a savory mixture of chicken and tomatillos. Then, you'll learn to season and cook fish for fish tacos topped with a smoky homemade chipotle sauce. Finally, you'll prepare a creamy traditional Mexican flan for dessert.
