Cooking Class: Recreate Robust Indian Street Food Favorites
Immerse yourself in the bold flavors and enticing aromatics of authentic Indian street food in this hands-on cooking class with Chef John. With Chef John's expert guidance, you'll learn all about balancing various spices and flavor profiles while using fresh regional ingredients.
Start off with a classic bhel puri, a popular dish made with puffed rice, crispy gram threads, peanuts and tangy sweet and sour dressing. After making hearty vegetable and potato samosas, you'll get to make paneer, a tangy soft cheese, simmered with robust spiced tomatoes. You'll then prepare potato curry accented with a homemade spice blend and served with rice and bread. These flavorful, wholesome dishes will become part of your regular home-cooking routine.

Had a fun time at the tapas class - been trying to make Spanish tortilla for awhile now and got to learn little tricks and hear Chef John's suggestions. Was a delicious meal as well with mushrooms, prawns, meatballs and more :)
