Cooking Class: The Best of Bistro Dining

Find out for yourself how French bistro style makes dining beautiful in an exciting Parisian-themed cooking class, courtesy of Chef John. He's arranged a menu filled with the most flavorful dishes from the home of courmet cuisine. Start by preparing seafood with Normandy-style mussels simmered in white wine before turning out a perfect cheese soufflé. Learn the traditional technique for transforming beef and vegetables into a five-star boeuf Bourguignon. And of course, there's dessert, a classic chocolate cake flavored with pralines and hazelnuts for sweet crunch. Bon appetit!

Had a fun time at the tapas class - been trying to make Spanish tortilla for awhile now and got to learn little tricks and hear Chef John's suggestions. Was a delicious meal as well with mushrooms, prawns, meatballs and more :)
