A knowledgeable and accomplished chef, he was runner-up in London’s prestigious 1999 Toque d'Or culinary competition and has been featured in both The Sun and Restaurant Australia magazine. One of the highlights of his career includes cooking for King Charles III during the opening of a new museum.
