He'll demonstrate classic methods for assembling your own spread to enjoy with friends and family. You'll learn the traditions behind the dishes as you explore the basis of Spanish cuisine. Create authentic gazpacho, prepare an egg dish flavored with chorizo and make your own meatballs in a hearty homemade sauce. You'll also cook fresh prawns Old World-style and concoct crema Catalana, a beloved regional take on custard for dessert.

Had a fun time at the tapas class - been trying to make Spanish tortilla for awhile now and got to learn little tricks and hear Chef John's suggestions. Was a delicious meal as well with mushrooms, prawns, meatballs and more :)
