These appetizer-sized specialties are perfect for sharing with guests or dipping into all on your own. Wrap your own spring rolls featuring succulent duck and a tangy hoisin sauce and prepare gow gee dumplings brimming with chicken, fresh mushrooms and fiery chiles. Then, create your own take on bao two ways, with honey-sweetened pork belly and cumin-seasoned lamb shoulder.

Had a fun time at the tapas class - been trying to make Spanish tortilla for awhile now and got to learn little tricks and hear Chef John's suggestions. Was a delicious meal as well with mushrooms, prawns, meatballs and more :)
