Join Chef Giselle for a cooking class that blends sushi and mochi into one delicious hands-on experience.
Start with edamame and a refreshing cucumber sunomono salad, then learn the fundamentals of making perfectly seasoned sushi rice and working with nori. Next, it’s time to roll. Choose between a California roll or a shrimp and avocado roll while mastering techniques to keep each roll tight and beautifully shaped. Along the way, you’ll practice essential knife skills and rolling techniques so you can confidently recreate everything at home. To finish, make chocolate mochi with a rich cocoa filling.
