Explore Japanese cuisine classics in this immersive cooking class with Chef James.
You’ll begin by preparing classic nigiri, which involves learning how to season sushi rice and assemble elegant bites topped with fresh tuna, salmon and eel. Then, you'll move on to okonomiyaki, a savory Japanese pancake packed with cabbage, pork belly and kimchi, cooked until crisp and flavorful. After that, you'll practice the technique of wrapping gyoza dumplings filled with pork and garlic chives before pan-searing them to perfection. To finish, you’ll bake light choux pastry and fill it with smooth matcha cream for delicate cream puffs. Book your spot now!

Chef James was great! I purchased this class as a gift for my wife and she was thrilled. The class was hands-on enough to feel educational, but chill enough that we still felt catered to by a professional chef. We got to enjoy some genuinely great Italian food, and even had leftovers !
