Cooking Class: Passport to Spain

Chef Daniel's hands-on cooking class will transport you to sunny Spain and build up your confidence in the kitchen. Learn how to approach paella, the national dish of Spain, as well as a tempting array of traditional tapas that bring a modern twist to bold, Old World flavors. 

In this fun, informative class, you'll brush up on your knife skills and learn everything you need to know about the rice varietals and exotic spices that comprise the perfect paella. Start by learning to prepare a classic Catalan pan con tomate and setas al ajillo, and then move on to mastering a decadent seafood paella. Conclude your tour of Spain by cooking up a silky dulce de leche flan.
