This four-course dinner uses fresh ingredients, seasonal vegetables and simple techniques to bring out flavors and aromas of traditional comfort foods. You'll begin with a mixed green salad with port vinaigrette and a creamy onion and parsnip soup. Your main entrée is savory roasted chicken with rosemary au jus, mashed potatoes and carrots. This is followed by a rich bread pudding with prepared with challah bread and accented with coconut milk, fruit and coconut caramel.
