Cooking Class: South American Dessert Party

Chef Gustavo is ready to share his love of the sweet side of South American cuisine. Your senses will be filed with the texture, fragrance and warmth of cinnamon, creamy milk and crumbly pastry dough. You'll learn how to prepare traditional desserts and pastries using homemade dulce de leche. This silky smooth concoction will then be used to fill homemade Spanish choux-based churros and alfajores de maicena, an Argentinean sandwich cookie.

As a self-proclaimed foodie or Hispanic heritage - I had high expectations, and Chef Gustavo did not disappoint. Not only was the food orgasmically AMAZING but it was an evening filled with great conversation about culture, history, and so much more! The laughs were not scarce thanks to Chef Gustavo. I can't wait to do this again.

Chef Gustavo taught us how to make the dishes plus provided a lot of information too. It was a wonderful evening and I would recommend that everyone take a class with Chef Gustavo.
