Rise to the challenge of creating your own fresh-made pasta in this introductory hands-on cooking class with Chef Lynne. You'll learn how far beyond the spaghetti box you can take your Italian cooking. The dishes you'll prepare include fresh pasta topped with steamed mussels and fennel, served with a white wine sauce, potato gnocchi pomodoro featuring fresh garden vegetables and a sumptuous herb ravioli with cream sauces. For dessert, a refreshing lemon thyme panna cotta will close down your lesson with a touch of sweetness.
