Cooking Class: Italian Classics From Scratch

Join Chef Ricky for an interactive cooking class where you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch and fresh ricotta to use in a few timeless Italian dishes. First, you'll learn to prepare a traditional shrimp scampi with a light white wine sauce and fresh herbs. Then, layer your homemade pasta and ricotta cheese into a decadent  lasagne al forno, a simplified yet elegant take on the classic lasagne. Then you'll sharpen your knife skills as you learn to prepare a vibrant vegetable ratatouille. For a sweet finish, you'll put your ricotta to use again, this time as a filling in sweet cannolis.

With zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant and tomatoes

My wife and I have never experienced anything like this before, right from the moment of booking to the moment of getting there all of it was amazing.
