What You’ll Do

Start the class by making the perfect buttery and crumbly scones flavored with creamy cheese and aromatic herbs. Next, you'll make some fresh-baked bread. Use flour, yeast and water to make a loaf of bread to enjoy fresh out of the oven. End the meal on a sweet note by making dough from scratch before spreading butter and sprinkling cinnamon. Chef Vivian & Michi were so welcoming and helpful through the class. They gave us several different tips for the recipes they taught us and different proteins or veggies that can be utilized. Will definitely be attending another class!!
