Chef Dominique teaches you to prepare chic New American cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Your culinary confidence will soar as you learn knife skills, master the latest cooking techniques and refine your palette. 


This innovative class puts an elevated twist on familiar flavors. Start with a complex and refreshing watermelon mint salad with Kalamata olives, red onions and feta. From there, master crowd-pleasing "figs in a blanket," made with delicate puff pastry and creamy, tangy goat cheese. Move on to a main course of organic honey salmon and garlic mashed potatoes, and finish with indulgent mini dark chocolate espresso cakes.
