Gnocchi is a singular delight, and in this online cooking class with Chef James, you’ll learn how to make your own fresh gnocchi to impress a crowd and satisfy their taste for something distinctive and delicious.
In your virtual cooking class, Chef James will teach you to make handcrafted potato gnocchi, including techniques for adding those characteristic sauce-catching ridges. Then, he'll show you how to brew up a soul-warming San Marzano tomato sauce to top them.
